The Maine EMS 2019 Protocol Roll Out for Region V (Aroostook EMS) will take place on September 27, 2019 at 12:00 noon in the Edmunds Conference Center at Northern Maine Community College. It is expected to end around 5:00 pm so plan accordingly.
